A hardware node hit a segmentation fault(we'll be investigating this internally separately), which resulted in the following shared hosting servers rebooting with it:

All came back up on their own immediately, save for cp05-ga. If you're on that shared hosting node, we are working diligently to get it back in service, but corruption on it's filesystem is preventing it from starting. As of right now, we're working on restoring the last full filesystem backup.
