If that hold true then either relocating the equipment to a new cabinet, or replacing the PDU would be the next steps. Still haven't received a firm ETA on service restoration.

I did get another update that they are working on getting temporary power to bring up the critical equipment which will bring us online. The problem is if this were Atlanta where we have a massive cage, I'd just have our staff pull power from any number of the cabinets.
But since this is Equinix and I don't know how large of a presence Packet fabric has here, I'm not sure what that situation looks like, esp with one side of the power down for maintenance.

JFYI For future reference we've added a recovery email in the portal where you can keep the primary as a login, but have a backup for password resets.@KH-DanielP thanks for that information, I can't reach support portal due to request me to renew password but is on our dutch VPS that is down right now. I hope that slove quickly and thanks againt to inform us.
