Under Investigation 07/08/2025 - Network Interruptions NL

Thank You @KH-DanielP and KH Team. I have been in hosting industry since 2003 and have experience with well known names in the industry but for almost over a decade i have been with KH and happy to share that their support is by far the best from others till now and hope that it continues. Yes it took time and some delay; we all had our taste of customer feedback during such outage; but the KH team was there available.

Please take care and continue to do what you and your team does the best.

Few points if you may consider:
- Please improve communication with customers affected; also pointed out by other users here. I barely use these forums unless there is some issue or need to search for a solution. Same goes for WHT in my case. Dashboard is the ideal place for my all info. I am sure you would have already through for a plan to address this.
