error in preferences of an email account

I have defined an account called [email protected] . Well, in preferences of this email account I have written a password of seven letters, but when I refresh the screen it only appears six caracters,and I can not connect outlook software, the error is that user or password not correct...
 
Hmm....

I wonder if there is some password requirment that plesk did not clearly define.

KH, can you shed any light on this?
